"Highly Recommended"

This bakery is a gem! Our family always looks forward to Neeley's baking. Her bread slippers are the family favorite, but we love everything she makes. Such a treat to be able to order such delicious baked goods at such reasonable prices! ~Bethany

Cakes

Almost every flavor! Select your cake, then choose an icing to go with it. Why not customize? (Pricings vary depending on if it's a custom order.)

Lemon or Lime cake

$25-$40

Zing! You'll want this cake with lemon icing for a real kick! It's best in the summer, and with raspberries inside and on top... Oh. My. Word.

Orange Cake

$25-$40

This cake has a very delicate flavor, if you want that, go with a vanilla icing, but if you want that cake to scream 'orange!' pair it up with an orange icing. There is no going wrong with this cake. Pure deliciousness.

Chocolate-coffee cake

$25-$40

This moist, rich chocolate cake is the best! The splash of coffee (decaf or regular, your choice) gives this cake a special flavor you won't find anywhere else. This is a secret family recipe that no one else has, but one thing's not a secret. Its goodness.

Vanilla Cake

$25-$40

This cake is the classic cake, if you're looking for a good, old-fashioned dessert, look no further. Here it is.

Cupcakes

$3

The cupcakes featured in the picture have fresh strawberry buttercream, made with strawberries reduced down for concentrated flavor. This frosting is my absolute favorite, and I can't decide whether I like the chocolate or vanilla more!

Coconut Cake

$25-$40

Whipped cream on top, toasted coconut all over, oh so fluffy, and an amazing rich flavor. If you like coconut, you'll like this baby. And if you don't like coconut, you'll still probably like it. It's very Southern! Like your grandma used to make.

Almond Cake

$25-$40

This cake has a light, delicate flavor that goes really well with raspberries! My mom would make almond cakes for weddings, they were the perfect thing.

The cake featured in the picture was one I made for a baby shower. (Aren't the bumblebees on top so cute?)

Lemon or Lime Angel Food Cake

$25-$40

Two different ways to eat it: citrus on the inside, and a zingy glaze on top, or smothered in whipped cream with homemade citrus curd drizzled all over. I have brought both ways to church, and both were gobbled down in an instant.

Pound Cake

$25-$40

Coconut, chocolate, citrus, vanilla... I have it all! Pound cake is nice because it's not overly sweet, and it's more dense, meaning that as a breakfast food, it's perfect. Especially for coffee-hour at church.

(I also do mini pound cakes.)

Frostings

Chocolate, vanilla, lemon, orange, coconut, coffee, chocolate-coffee, almond, strawberry...

Cookies

What more can you ask for? (By the way, my dozen is a Baker's Dozen, 13 cookies!) Price varies depending on size.

Dark Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cookies

$1-1.65

Merry Christmas! These cookies are rich with chocolate and mint, and are sooooo good to have in the Christmas season! They make you feel like sticking your feet near the warm blaze of the fire and having a cup of hot tea. You cannot go through another Christmas without this treat. If you like chocolate (and I hope you do) you will love these decadent little cookies. I assure you. (Can you tell that I love them?)

$1 for medium (featured in the picture), $1.65 for large.

Dark Chocolate Dream Cookies

These cookies are like a cross between a chocolate chipper and a brownie! So good! Chocolate chip cookies. But with more chocolate.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

This wouldn't be a bakery without chocolate chippers. The ultimate classic cookie. I make mine with a secret ingredient that gives it a subtle hint of nuttiness that hits just right. So good.

Chocolate Pecan Oatmeal Lace Cookies

80¢

These light oatmeal cookies are something special that you've never had before. Tasting like caramel, stuffed with pecans, drizzled with chocolate, and sprinkled with sea salt, it's just like a candy bar, I love these cookies so much. You must try them.

Brownie Thins

These cookies are ultra thin with a hint of cherry and almond, they taste just like the top of a brownie --the best part-- and it is so easy to eat a whole batch! Perfect for an after-dinner taste that won't fill you up.

Swedish Oat Crisp cookies

These cookies are so delicious. Swedish sweets are so unique and tasty! It's basically a thin, oat cookie sandwich with a chocolate-ginger mixture inside. I've made these cookies for all kinds of people, and everyone comments on how delicious it is.

Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chippers, but with dried cherries and white chocolate chunks inside. You don't need me to tell you how delicious these are. Find out for yourself.

Oh, and the texture is sublime.

Cinnamon Snickerdoodles

These cookies are one of my favorites! They're so cinnamony and they are smothered with whipped cream frosting and more cinnamon! Definitely a church favorite. Very easy to eat.

Chocolate & Vanilla Chess cookies

Tastes like shortbread and oh, so buttery, these cookies are the cutest little things you ever came across. They're perfect with tea and coffee! These cookies 'Checkmate' them all! :^)

Other

Bread, cheesecake, brownies, candy... (Price varies)

Artisan Sourdough Bread

$8-12

This bread is so yummy, so chewy, yet so cheap! This Sourdough Bread freezes extremely well, goes with any meal you eat-- even breakfast-- and is very filling! All in all, a good, delicious, hearty loaf.

Honey-Oat Bread

This bread is so fluffy and soft, perfect with butter and honey, you wouldn't even know that there is actually no sugar in this loaf! That's right, just sweetened with honey. So delish.

Cheesy-Garlic Bread Sticks

$1.40

Or 'Garlic Slippers' as the boys at church call them. These bread sticks have garlic, cheese and Italian herbs all in them. They are so, so good. You must try these. Best with soup, but the kids also eat them with coffee at church. That's how good they truly are. You can eat them with anything. Well, almost anything.

Dark, Fudgy Browned Butter Brownies

Admit it. You were looking through the menu and thought: 'Where is the most important comfort dessert?' Here it is. Fudgy brownies with the perfect touch of salt. Are you an edge-piece person, or a middle-piece person?

Nutella Brownies

75¢

Brownies with a hint of hazelnut? Brownies with a nice flake on the top? Brownies that are so darn addictive that you could happily eat four? YES!!

Mint-Brownie Cake

A bitter-sweet mint brownie covered with a layer of ultra-sweet mint icing, covered with another layer of 100% mint dark chocolate. Oh yeah. The contrasting flavors complemint each other to perfection. Heehee, sorry, I couldmint resist...  Sorry again.

Marshmallows

Homemade marshmallows are so good. They are perfect in hot cocoa, melting into a perfect froth, or eating them plain is fine too! They have a hint of vanilla with makes them much more special than store bought. (They are also more healthy than the store's, with agave nectar instead of corn syrup).

Ginger Ale (2 liters)

I have given this miraculous beverage to lots of my friends, and I haven't met yet one who didn't like it. It's got a huge kick of ginger, more than you'll ever find at the store, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a delightful sweetness. (Not too much though.)

I have found that this drink can also help  cure: headaches, tummy aches, & sore throats... Need I say more?

(Comes in a 2-liter plastic bottle.)

Breakfast

Crumpets, muffins, croissants... you name it! (Price varies)

Croissants: Chocolate and regular

The first time I ever made this recipe (from Julia Child's Mastering The Art of French Cooking) the croissants were perfect. Flaky and soft, butter in it and around it with a nice crispy base, these pastries were made with a touch of heaven. I'm very proud of that first batch. And I hope my second will be just as good. And my third, and my fourth...

Harvest Loaf muffins

This is a wonderful way to welcome fall, muffins with toasted nuts, chocolate chips, and pumpkin. (To tell you the truth, I eat these muffins every year, all year. I can't wait 'til fall to eat them)  I make these as muffins, but you can also order it as a loaf.

Sourdough Crumpets

$1

Such a unique breakfast food. The tartness from the sourdough makes these crumpets perfect with a sweet jam. My family eats these all throughout the day, for breakfast, lunch, snacks... Yes, it's for breakfast. But can you wait?

Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls, but individual. These cinnamon rolls are very yummy, with a tartness on the inside, cinnamon all over, and covered in icing, so good. My goodness. Writing about these is making me hungry.

Muffins

Grapefruit, lemon poppy seed, blueberry streusel, bacon-garlic-cheddar, orange, I've got it all. Yum. I recommend the bacon-cheddar, which is featured in this picture.

Chocolate Pinwheel Loaf

I pretend this is a breakfast food. But it's really not. It's a sweet bread with chocolate inside and icing all over it. There! I've confessed everything and I feel better now. Now give me one of those slices to go with my morning coffee.
